Brand Guidelines

Working with a design agency and a brand development specialist I was involved in all aspects of the rebranding of Warehouse Express. A Norwich based retailer of camera equipment. I was instrumental in narrowing choices on the logo and name, to facilitating focus groups and stakeholder discussions. The change was seismic in terms of naming conventions and colour palette and had to be handled with extreme care for an established business with a loyal customer base.

From these collaborations and meetings I created and developed the below brand guidelines, which detailed clear space rules, typography and font choices, colour palette, image selection and tone of voice and included example assets such as workwear, email design, promotional materials and advertising. This was then shared with the marketing team, the wider business and suppliers to aid in asset creation and third-party logo usage.

I was also the lead and only designer in the roll out of the new look across all channels including back-office use.
