CRM is a key part of any business - onboarding new customers, to informing them of services, to reassuring loyal customers, or even guiding them with their new purchase. Post sign up to Wex emails or post a purchase from their stores or their website an automated set of emails is triggered to deploy. Following a recent refresh of their brand creative I worked on over 90 such emails. Below is a selection of the main banners of those sends. I was responsible for copy, image selection, design – Adhering to brand guidelines including tone of voice.
