Email Design

Wex Photo Video were anticipating a website outage during a heavy sales period, due to the volume of traffic expected and a crash that happened in a previous year*. I created an email to deploy if the site became overloaded during this busy time. The emphasis was to give a light hearted response to which can be a frustrating experience for customers, but also assure them that a resolution was being worked on.

*luckily the crash never happened and this design wasn't deployed.
